Family at Yellowstone

Kent's family came up for a reunion at Lava Hot Springs and then we joined them for a trip to Yellowstone Park! Katlyn and Kami rode with us through the park so they could play with Owen.

I can't remember what Kent was saying and I don't know why I get a kick out of posting funny pictures of him, but i do :)

Here is the good ol' camper that we ended up staying in for the night because it was too late to go back home. Not too fun camping with a baby but good to be with family.

The next day was so hot, we stripped Owen down and he fell asleep on the camper bed. The girls made him a little cacoon of pillows.

Yellowstone Lake! So big and purty.

Massive buffalo got a little too close. Had the window down and trying to get Owen to look at the animals.

Owen kinda pee'd through his only outfit, but Grandma had wanted to get him this onesie anyway. Duck, Duck, Moose! So cute--memorabila of Owen's first trip to the Park!

Weed Boy

Look at this little turkey! He is literally climbing on everything, including me, chairs, and his crib. Yes, I laid him down for a nap and he had pulled himself up the railing to hang over. About gave me a heart attack!

Trouble! He use to just lay on his belly and reach for these doors, but yesterday he pulled himself up and got into everything. I should have taken a picture of all the dvds and magazines he pulled out of the cupboard. Man, he is growing up!

We have begun the weaning process and it is going pretty well. Now Dad can have a turn feeding the little chub. This is Kent's "why are you taking a picture of me? I am sunburnt and have bed head?" Cause you're hot! :)

This picture kinda shows his wacky hair stickin in all directions. Carla gave us this outfit, cute for church!

I couldn't resist! Owen is so ready for something other than rattles and teethers! He loves this little scooter and all the sounds it makes!
